Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der Plattform Count Collab, einer kostenlosen Echtzeit-Zähler-Plattform.

3. Leistung und Kosten
Count Collab ist eine kostenlose Plattform zur kollaborativen Echtzeit-Zählung. Es gibt keine kostenpflichtigen Funktionen oder Abonnements.
4. Mindestalter
Die Nutzung von Count Collab setzt ein Mindestalter von 16 Jahren voraus (DSGVO-konform). Durch die Nutzung des Dienstes bestätigen Sie, dass Sie mindestens 16 Jahre alt sind.
5. Konto und Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung erfolgt über OAuth-Anbieter (Google, Twitch, Discord). Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit über die Einstellungen löschen oder eine Löschung per E-Mail an [email protected] beantragen.
6. Zulässige Nutzung
Bei der Nutzung von Count Collab ist Folgendes untersagt:
- Spam oder massenhafte unerwünschte Inhalte
- Beleidigende, rechtswidrige oder missbräuchliche Inhalte
- Belästigung anderer Nutzer
- Automatisierter Missbrauch von Zählern (z. B. durch Bots)
7. Kündigung und Sperrung
Der Betreiber behält sich das Recht vor, Konten, die gegen diese Nutzungsbedingungen verstoßen, zu sperren oder zu löschen.
8. Haftung
Der Dienst wird „wie besehen" ohne Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Die Haftung ist nach deutschem Recht begrenzt, insbesondere nach §§521 ff. BGB für unentgeltliche Leistungen.
9. Änderungen der Nutzungsbedingungen
Der Betreiber kann diese Nutzungsbedingungen jederzeit ändern. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung des Dienstes nach Änderung gilt als Zustimmung zu den aktualisierten Bedingungen.
10. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist Düsseldorf, Deutschland.
11. Salvatorische Klausel
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Nutzungsbedingungen unwirksam sein oder werden, so bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen hiervon unberührt. Anstelle der unwirksamen Bestimmung gilt eine Regelung, die dem wirtschaftlichen Zweck der unwirksamen Bestimmung am nächsten kommt.

These Terms of Service apply to the use of Count Collab, a free real-time collaborative counter platform.
3. Service and Cost
Count Collab is a free platform for real-time collaborative counting. There are no paid features or subscriptions.
4. Minimum Age
Use of Count Collab requires a minimum age of 16 years (GDPR compliant). By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
5. Account and Sign-In
Sign-in is provided via OAuth providers (Google, Twitch, Discord). You can delete your account at any time via the Settings page or by sending an email to [email protected].
6. Acceptable Use
The following is prohibited when using Count Collab:
- Spam or mass unsolicited content
- Abusive, illegal, or offensive content
- Harassment of other users
- Automated abuse of counters (e.g., via bots)
7. Termination and Suspension
The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as-is" without warranty. Liability is limited pursuant to German law, in particular §§521 ff. BGB for gratuitous services.
9. Changes to Terms
The operator may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany.
11. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms of Service is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In place of the invalid provision, a regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
